Through its Education and Learning initiatives, Antardhwani strives to impart technical and skill based knowledge to the youth, thereby enabling their professional growth and development.

The Hitech Knowledge Center is a fully equipped, state of the art learning center designed to give wings to the career dreams and aspirations of college students. Here students enroll for varied duration vocational courses to develop industry ready skills related to engineering software and corporate skills.

The current technical and vocational skills being given to students include:

• Engineering Software: DriveWorks and SolidWorks
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Graphic Design: Photoshop, CorelDraw

At Antardhwani, we understand that technical skills  alone will not suffice in today’s tough job market. To give our students a competitive edge and make them standout, we also take care of their professional grooming and etiquette. Our students go through intensive behavioral training programs and workshops to hone their soft skills. Communication training – verbal and nonverbal as well as written, also forms an integral part of the course curriculum. Students are also exposed to, and encouraged to take part in activities related to automation, process improvement and innovation – traits that separate the best from the rest.

Industry experts and HR professionals are involved in designing a structured curriculum to best meet the needs of the students. The faculty includes a well though-out out mix of regular and visiting professionals, industry as well as academia.
